Out-of-Warranty Service Fee Structure and Payment Options
Fee Structure effective February 1, 2017:
- $300 for first 90 minutes of phone/service support
- $225 per additional hour thereafter

Payment Options required to prevent any delay in our response to you:
If you currently have credit terms with IED…
- No additional terms are required. However, since IED Support Services LLC (not IED LLC) is providing the warranty services, a Purchase Order to IEDSS will be necessary to prevent any delay in our response to you.
If you currently do not have credit terms with IED…
- If no credit terms with IED, a credit card is required for phone support. To expedite assistance we suggest you have your card and authorization information ready BEFORE you call in for service to prevent any delay in our response to you.
